"The staff on property from management to maintenance were wonderful. Beach and two private docks, also wonderful. View from Ocean view room( 2nd floor) was amazing. Views at very, very top was also pleasant (open area ) Room was clean and well sized traveling with child, but a full body mirror would have been nice to have in room and some art on walls maybe. Pool was beautiful and set back of property rather than upfront with foot/ cart traffic. Breakfast was delicious! Individual prices, felt it was priced just right! Night security also appreciated. Husband and I look forward to staying here again! "

"When you book on Expedia you are not treated the same as you book directly. Do not rebook spa services because if you want to cancel they don’t allow it. The security told me my mother and 16 year old daughter if we left the stray dog at the resort they would kill it so I loaded it onto golf cart and took to ferry. I did address with night manager and they said they wouldn’t kill the dog but who knows. Security walks around with a club and is very intimidating. The beach itself was murky and so we did not swim in in the ocean next to the resort. Everything closes down around 9 pm at resort. We went to El Ben twice. The food was superb. We had so much fun with wanderlust tours going out on water and at bliss beach which is about a mile away. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again. "

"Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back."

"Our room overlooked the ocean, the room was clean and spacious, and it had a fridge, some plates, and flatware and all the towels you needed. Also the safe came in handy to stash things we didn't want to carry around, although the Island is super safe. Staff was amazing and we had overall the best time. If I have to say one thing, the fridge was on the older side and was making a lot of noise...Perhaps it is time to upgrade.... Overall Island Magic Beach Resort was an amazing place to stay! "

"A room is clean. Staff is good but I don’t see much. A complimentary boat ride between north and south is good and exciting but it can feel a little limiting especially on Wednesdays. If you provided a booklet about the hotel facilities, amenities, activities the way to get north… that would be nicer and kinder."
