Cozy 2 Bedroom Beach Town Getaway Cottage

Welcome to our adorable and charming little beach house, just moments from the sea! This extremely clean and light-filled house couldn’t be more fun and filled with whatever you might need to make your stay in beautiful Cayucos more perfect. With peeks of the ocean and the sound of the waves, it includes 2 bedrooms and a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, patio outdoor shower, completely enclosed back yard with large deck, pergola, build in BBQ, dining table, outdoor lounge.

Located close to downtown Cayucos, Circle Drive is also just two blocks to the beach at the 19th Street beach access. This beach is great for relaxing and ideal for surfing/boogie boarding while rarely crowded despite the perfect weather. If you're into running you can actually do a 10k loop from the pier all the way to Morro Rock and watch the kite surfers. It's really a little bit of paradise.

Our little retreat includes use of the cruisers (*please use the helmets provided/owner not responsible for accidents), full laundry facilities, heated outdoor shower (for getting sand off bodies/feet, wetsuits...) boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and blanket... Single car parking in the driveway and 2 additional spots above patio. Amazing back deck/lounge area.

We are also set up to accommodate little ones, includes a high chair and pack-n-play portable crib and small table and chairs for dining.

Perfect Beach CottageIt was a great beach weekend. The beach is a quick 4 minute walk away. You can also see and hear the ocean from the house!The cottage is warm and inviting and has many great amenities: coffee bar, bikes, record player (we really enjoyed this!), heated bathroom floor, etc. Everything was clean and organized and there are outstanding directions about the cottage and amenities. Communication with Brad was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and well-provisioned. It was especially great for cooking. This is really a perfect place for summertime weather, which we did not have. But the back area looked wonderful. We did enjoy listening to the collection of vinyl records. My only negative comment is that there is not enough space in bedroom or bathroom drawers for unpacking. I realize that someone lives in this place, so that makes it more difficult for them to vacate.

Adorable coast cottage

Spend a charming weekend in the delightful house with all the amenities. Close to town, dining and shops. Very relaxed and accommodating cottage. I highly recommended.

Very relaxing stay

My family appreciated all of the touches to make us feel at home, including the coffee, fully furnished kitchen, board games, and beach towels. A short walk to the beach to watch the sunset and then back to watch a movie was perfect!

Very nice place!

Cozy and perfect for our family of four, clean and lots of natural light illuminates the house. Lovely home to come back to after visiting the nearby towns and spending hours at the beach. We had everything we needed and appreciated the beach chairs and gear. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Cayucos is a fun little town, great restaurants and fun shops and a nice beach. The property we stayed at was perfect, so clean and comfortable. Everything is there from beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, a great deck to grill and hang out on. And an easy walk to the beach. Our hosts left a great welcome letter with lots of details about the home, places to eat,visit etc. we had a great time.

Lovely beach property

The property was wonderful and as listed, it was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. So glad that there were multiple fans to keep us cool at night! We would definitely come back again!

Lovely beach cottage

We loved this beach cottage. It was clean, very cozy, there was nothing lacking. We were really impressed by everything. The barbecue worked great!! I would rent this cottage again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!!! Very close to the beach as well! Our thanks to the host, who quickly responded to my questions, Thank you Brad, love your place!

Great space

Loved this place! There was plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. The deck seating was great as was the bbq. The hosts have so many amenities added that I couldn’t think of anything that the place lacked. The outside shower was a lifesaver for washing off our boogie boards and wetsuits. Two blocks walk to a great beach.

Family gathering

Our daughter, her husband and their adult daughters raved about your house. It was clean and cozy. Lee said they would happily stay there again. They spent most of their time at the larger house we had rented, with the rest of the family. It was a glorious weekend!

Great Deck

Didn't realize there be an ocean view from the large back deck. Fantastic. If we were two nit pick L shaped sofa not comfortable nor some of the backyard furniture. All other facilities first class.

Little Slice of Paradise

Whether you're a writer, an artist, or somewhere in-between, this place is for you. Between the citrus and the ocean breeze coming in from the open windows, it's such a nice spot to kick back and chill. More often than naught, my mom and I would find ourselves lounging on the patio with the record player crooning Billy Joel or Fleetwood Mac. Super duper close to not only the highway but also the beach and town. It's really easy to walk around and admire the sights. (If you have a record player at home, I highly recommend hitting up the local Antique shops! We found a couple of greats and were playing them as we stayed.)And if for whatever reason, you need a distraction, hit up the 412-in-1 arcade game! (Our favorite was the Pinball ;) )Fantastic, lovely place. I've plans to come back again.

Wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay. Quiet. Great cleaning crew. Convenient to load and unload the car. Quality/comfortable beds. Couldn't get Netflix movies to stay on after the first day. Couch uncomfortable. Plan to return.

Quiet Cayucos Cottage

This nice little home lives much larger than the size indicates. From the street it looks tiny but once you enter the private gated patio, the home opens up to a larger space than you would expect. It has a small kitchen but that was alright as all the appliances are relatively new and functioning correctly. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom newly remodeled. It has everything you need as far as cooking, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. including access to a couple beach bikes with helmets, beach toys, chairs, etc. in the garage. The washer & dryer were in the garage too. There was ample parking for three vehicles off the street but we only needed the driveway, which in the photos looks steep bust wasn't really and both of us in our upper 70s could easily walk up and down it. What will really excite you if you're an outdoors person, which I would expect everyone who rents at the beach to be, was the wonderful and expansive back deck. It is made out of a trek like material, has an outside table with chairs and benches, nice (covered) lounging couch and chairs, and nice pergola for sun protection and a massive BBQ set up. There are glimpses of the ocean between other houses and it is only about a two block walk to the beach. Cayucos has a number of public beach access paths along the beach bluffs. The owner Brad was very quick to reply to a couple contacts I made. We had nothing to complain about! Loved it!
