"Clean room, clean yard, easy parking right by freeway"

"Everything was great except the pool & jazzuci was not clean nor heated for use. However, it was October 1st but the weather was still very warm & we brought our bathing suits expected to use the facilities. Very disappointed!"

"Everything was great at first, then about 15 minutes of me arriving to my room, a baby started crying in a nearby room for about 45 minutes straight and a toddler was running through the halls laughing and yelling off and on during the crying. I smelled a chemical smell upon arrival in hallway and in my room, similar to raid or bug spray and as time when on my throat was getting more and more sore. I ended up wearing a mask to bed because I found I couldn’t sleep due to my throat being irritated. Everything else was absolutely lovely and clean. Perhaps in the future families with small children could be put in a certain area of hotel, it was awful. I still can’t get over the chemical smell and my irritated throat, I hope it doesn’t ruin the rest of my weekend that has been planned for several months now. I’m very disappointed with my stay because of this. Staff was so polite and hotel looked fantastic and so clean. "

"Staff was very friendly, especially at check in. The gentleman that checked us in was very accommodating and really helpful. We got there a little earlier than normal checkin time and he was able to get us to our room fairly quickly and on the same floor as our other family members. Breakfast was decent, glad to see there was hot food options and my kids loved the pancake machine. Thank you! "
