My first stay in a “tiny home”, a.k.a. glorified camper, didn’t go well. The bed was a king, but in a loft where the head clearance was about 2’. The ladder leading up to it was secure, but on wheels, and wiggled around... I can see where young adults would think this was cool, but this 50-yr. old didn’t dig it. I ended up having a claustrophobic attack and slept on the sofa, which was hard-as-a-rock foam. I also thought we would be right by the water, but we were on a campsite right in the middle of the campground, next to the common showers. The shore was packed with other campers, couldn’t even see it. No coffee or coffee maker in he room, one in a common kitchen next to the showers, but it was make-your-own... if all this cost $50 or under, I would chalk it up to a funny experience, but it was too expensive for what it was.
