It is not suitable to stay there. The level of noise from 20+ bars at the same time is unacceptable.
It was the first time ever when I just left hotel right after check in and booked another one.

Great central modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool (close to the Liver buildings).
Easy check in.
We had a studio room which had a river view which was amazing - down the river and out to sea (sunset was fabulous)
Room was big and comfortable with a good aircon system (which was much needed over the hot Foo fighters weekend)
Large shower which again was well used for the weather.
Had breakfast in the hotel on day one - buffet style which was nice and lots of it.
The Sky bar had some amazing panoramic views and a good selection of drinks and light bites.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice treat weekend away!

One night stay for a concert. Hassan the Manage was extremely friendly and allocated us a family room with 2 double beds. He also registered my car on the parking website free of charge (although there is abundant free on-street parking outside the hotel).
The hotel could do with a lick of paint here and there but was clean, tidy and perfectly functional.
