Regarding VIP access, I did inquire about any perks but wasn’t offered any. At check-in upgrading wasn’t offered. I did request a few extra bottles of water (there were 2 in the room and I stayed 3 nights) but was told that I would have to purchase them. I found Dawn, the restaurant, disappointing and ate elsewhere ~ I had hoped to eat at the hotel each morning. I hadn’t thought to look into if there was an onsite gym and there is not, the hotel offers a deal at another location but it isn’t convenient. My last night at the hotel there was an electronic tone that lasted for hours: I didn’t feel like I could go to Dawn/restaurant area and request a room change so dealth with it. I would not stay here again.

Only complaint is I never figured out wi-fi

I was really happy with our decision to stay at the Conrad. It does require a bit of walking but that was not a problem for us and, you can grab an uber or even take the complementary car if it is available (really great to have this as an option). I can’t imagine staying right downtown. And we were there in a far less busy time (November). The hotel itself is lovely - very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, good customer service, quiet and generally friendly staff, especially the bar and restaurant and the bell/concierge staff . I would definitely return.

We had an amazing experience at Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville! The location is a short walk or cheap Uber to downtown. It’s close enough to enjoy all the action, but far enough removed that it’s quiet. The room’s & amenities are beautiful. The staff was kind, courteous, & went above & beyond, to make our stay special & memorable. I was surprising my husband with a trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff left a note wishing him a happy birthday, along with a bottle of champagne! I believe they also upgraded our room to a corner unit, without us requesting one. They allowed me to ship a package to the hotel & placed it safely in our room. They provided great recommendations for food & entertainment. We can’t wait to visit Nashville again & we will 100% at Caption again.

Great place to stay! Easy safe walk to Broadway!
