Super convenient and roomy home

Great base for our visit to friends in the Hyannis area. Craigville Beach and restaurants were all within a 10-minute drive. AC is available in the 3 bedrooms, large floor fan available for the common area. It was helpful to have the 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Washer/dryer in basement was a welcome convenience.

There were 3 of us that stayed at this house for several nights in Oct. Nicely located being its in central Cape Cod. And even though its technically located on the main road, Rt. 28, the view of that side of the house is mostly blocked by shrubbery and trees and there’s no sensation of being on the main road – access is only from a side road. We found the house to be very spacious and Very clean (not perfect, but that would be unrealistic). Nice backyard with deck and gazebo. Numerous amenities that we were happy to have and a few that we didn’t utilize at all (washer & dryer, the grill on the deck). Numerous TVs, all that seem to be new. I would not hesitate to rent this house again and would likely look for its availability for future rentals, although probably not in the summer. The summer rates go up to high (for us) than what is charged in the off-season when we were there. Now, there were a few (3) downsides.1) Communication with the property host might not be what you’d expect. I tried to find out before booking the rental if the house had a bathtub (one of the people in my group is a runner, and they needed a bathtub for a post-run ice-bath). I did receive a response back to my first message (asking about the tub) from the host very quick....- - - - -VRBO allows only 1500 characters for a review, so the entire review that I wanted to post will be inserted as a photo.
