"The location is great, the rooms were somewhat updated, and I liked all of the pet rest stops at each end of the buildings. On the not so hot list was the 1940’s bathroom, no outlet near my bed, and thin ceilings. The water pressure was way too high. We’re in one of the worst droughts in history and the shower had two modes, off and firehose. The first time I turned it on, the spray flooded the floor in like 10 seconds."

"Excellent hotel! In the middle of downtown Santa Fe within walking distance to so many great places! Room service and restaurants amazing. Even a beauty salon for dogs! Professional and knowledgeable staff plus friendly. Would definitely recommend for others. I would absolutely go back."

"The suite exceeded our expectations! The room was enormous even with a king size bed. The bathroom tub was also spacious and easy to shower. We enjoyed the sky lights and different lamp options available. We are so happy Expedia picked this place for us! Thank you! Plenty of parking, quiet surrounding area, gardens were meticulously kept. But most of all Pet friendly and our doggies enjoyed the stay!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Paradise Pond! Very peaceful and very relaxing, just what we were looking for. Tom was a great host. The Casita itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Southwest decor. We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful Casita."
