"When we turned up at the hotel, it was like arriving into a beautiful calm oasis in the midst of traffic, hustle and bustle. When we walked into our room, I was simply astonished - it was fabulous with lovely furnishings and fittings, fabric and tiles. Even after seeing the photos online, I did not expect a room of such luxury. It was a very large all-in-one sitting room with fire, bedroom, kitchenette and dining table and a superb bath in the bathroom. We enjoyed the bench on our private little patio at the front door, looking at the gardens and hearing the fountain play. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF."

"Rooms are a little run down- not up to date as far as charging stations for phones and such. Rooms kind of smell like cigarette smoke. I remember staying at this hotel when it first opened around 2012 or so, and the rooms were beautiful and it had a restaurant in the hotel. I'm not sure what happened. For the price its decent and I always stay at this hotel when I'm in the area because it's affordable."

"Excellent stay ***HOW EVER*** housekeeping service needs to get retrained desperately. For a five star hotel the housekeeping team did not meet expectations. We stayed three days and a bug I killed in the shower stayed there, on the floor, in plain sight, all three days. One day we got back to our room and it looked like the bed had been barely made just the bare minimum wrinkled sheets pulled up to pillows that had not been fluffed. During turn down, not once were slippers put by the side of the bed with towel on the floor by the bed . Attention to detail is lacking. Women’s hair on the floor either from cleaning ladies or previous guest still present while we were in the room. Caulking in the shower in sunset room 12 could get a refresh. Otherwise very large room, walk-in closet, fireplace, both indoors and outdoors. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great shuttle car service and luxury courtesy cars is available to guests. Great gym and pool area."
