"We had bad experience with an Airbnb and came straight to the Redmont where Ben was so very nice to help! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Everyone was very friendly and always smiling! "

"The room was nice but the windows are so thin you can hear everything outside, do not stay in room 939, we barely slept during our 3 night stay. There was also 1 elevator working so getting downstairs from the 9th floor took a ridiculously long time. We would not stay again. "
