"Had a reservation over a year in advance and they cancelled on us without warning 2 weeks out from the mtb race. They claimed it was VRBOs fault even though VRBO said it was cancelled by the host. Then they wouldn't even answer the phone or return voicemails. Use caution if booking with these people. "
