"Everything was excellent, the staff and in general was great."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to basically anything you would want to see or do in Antigua, also pretty convenient for catching shuttles, taxis and tuk-tuks. I think the only complaint I would have is that the water in the shower only stayed warm for about 2 minutes. "

"We had the double queen suite with amazing views of the city, I love that the living room area were separate from the bedroom. The bedroom had it separate door. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, this hotel is nicely located and within walkable distance of shops and restaurants"

"What can I not say everything was clean? Customer service was excellent food for the breakfast buffet was amazing. Every detail as expectation was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place and we’ll go this place every time I go to Guatemala thank you staff"
