"Hotel is kept up/updated beautifully. The woman that checked us in was super friendly and had personal recommendations to offer. The balcony room was great! We were given a late checkout to enjoy the balcony a bit longer. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Despite the negative reviews I decided to stay here, I had a good day, room was comfortable, good view, hot tub was hot, Hotel is a little outdated but my stay was great... the restaurant that everybody is complaining about is not part of the hotel, it is attached, but it is a separate entity, it is not open, but there are many other places to visit/eat in the vicinity."

"The coffee pot in our room was broken. The bathroom sink drain was clogged until we poured hot coffee down it. I called front desk to ask for an extra pillow that we needed due to an injury, and she said “give us a few minutes”. 20 minutes later, I called again, and she said “we’ve got a lot going on here- we’ll be there in 10minutes.” After another 20 minutes passed, I got dressed and went to the front desk myself. No guests were there. One of the staff was sitting there doing nothing. I told her I needed the pillow, and she left to get one. When she finally found a pillow, she asked if I also needed a pillowcase! We had asked the staff at checkin whether they had non-dairy milk & she told us they had “no vegan food” at the breakfast. We explained to her later that oatmeal, cereal & fruit are vegan. We brought our own oatmilk to use. They ran out of oatmeal 1/2 hour before breakfast ended, and they refused to make more because it was “too late to replenish”. All in all, it was a lousy 2-night stay."
