"Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Appreciate the security measures like key card access required for exterior doors and elevators. Parking was less expensive at the public ramp across the street than in the hotel lot though. Easy access to the theater and sports venues. We would definitely stay again. "

"Pool was closed after booking so was disappointing. However they paid for our parking to offer some compensation and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and like a suite. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The lobby bar could have been open a little later for when we returned from baseball game but we ordered food to room. Warning : parking under ground is very very tight and was difficult with a normal size truck. No extended box or wide. We would stay here again."

"The breakfast and happy hour were excellent. The one front desk fellow could be friendlier, but it may be his personality. Our room wasn’t overly clean and housekeeping was inconsistent. We loved the location to restaurants and Target Field."
