Central Mumbai Hotel Guide - Golf Hotels in Central Mumbai, Mumbai

Very clean and supportive staff

Our 3 nights stay was fabulous. All the staff right from the check in to housekeeping to F&B were simply superb. They always looked for opportunities to please us and managed to do so successfully. The only drawback of our stay was the repair works of the road right outside the hotel which made it very inconvenient for us to reach the hotel. We had to get down some 100mts ahead of the hotel and walk with our heavy bags. A heads up from the property would have been appreciated.

Excellent

Very courteous staff. Check in was efficient and I very much appreciated the early checkin. The only complaint would be the cold and unfriendly service from the staff at the Boulevard. It felt like they were clearing out from right under you before you had completed your meal. Service from Harshad at Vindhyas was outstanding.

I liked the hotel and the staff but they charge alotttt of taxes fr inroom dining..

We booked an Executive room for two for me and my daughter in Trident with airport pick. Transportation was accurate very transparent, and the driver was awesome with customer service. We arrived to the hotel. Dharia was waiting for us in the entrance. She took us to the room when we processed our check-in And demonstrated the room facilities and she was super accommodating and nice. This first homey impression created the very special experience I had in this great hotel. The hotel turned to be...

I enjoyed a two night stay. The food was excellent and the gym facilities were great.
