"Wyndham Clearwater Beach was a mixed experience. The location is great—right across from the beach with beautiful views—and the bed was very comfortable. Ocean Hai was a standout and definitely worth visiting. However, there were several downsides. The staff didn’t feel particularly friendly or welcoming. My room had a noticeable odor at check-in, and while they addressed it, someone came at 8:30 PM after I was already in bed to spray deodorizer, which wasn’t ideal. Fees add up quickly with parking and the resort charge, and the included beach umbrella isn’t much of a perk since it’s comparable to renting directly and doesn’t include a cabana. Food on the property was disappointing—room service tasted like low-quality, microwaved food (runny quesadilla with nacho cheese, bland potstickers), and a veggie egg wrap from the coffee bar was inedible (though they did replace it with yogurt). Coffee was good, but overall food quality was poor, and gratuity is automatically added at a high rate. Great views and location, but service, fees, and food quality would make me think twice about staying again. "

"Tucked away with timeless charm, our stay at the Belleview Inn felt like stepping into a peaceful, elegant retreat where every detail invited us to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. The pool was absolutely amazing, sparkling, serene, and the perfect place to unwind under the Florida sun. It quickly became one of our favorite spots. What made the experience even more special was the open space to play outdoor games. There was plenty of room to run, laugh, and enjoy quality time together, creating those simple but unforgettable memories that trips are made of. One of the most charming moments was sitting on the wrap around porch, gently rocking in the classic rocking chairs. There’s something so calming about that slow rhythm, especially with a soft breeze and beautiful surroundings, it felt like time paused just for us. And the architecture… absolutely stunning. The historic design of the inn is truly something to admire, with its graceful details and beautifully preserved character. It gives the entire place a sense of warmth, elegance, and history that you don’t find just anywhere. Overall, the Belleview Inn delivered a wonderful, relaxing experience filled with beauty, comfort, and charm one we’ll be thinking about long after we’ve left."

"We had a great stay at this home! It was very clean, updated, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The beds were all very comfortable, and the fans throughout the house were a really nice bonus.The game room was a huge hit, and the pool was perfectly warm for relaxing. We also loved how close it was to the beach—just a quick and easy drive. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The host was superior and responded to my every request and even exceeded in some cases.The only down side was the location which was incredibly noisy, all day and night, and the yard which was mostly weeds and rabbit droppings."

"We stayed at The Beach House Unit B for Spring Break 2026 with our daughter and granddaughter for her senior year trip. Check in/out was easy. The unit was a great size for the 4 of us, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect!! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The only thing you might be looking for that was not avail was a stove/oven, they did have a 2 burner hotplate that suited our needs. Location was great if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood outside of the big cities, just a 25 minute ride over the Causeway into Clearwater…traffic can be very challenging though. We had parking right at our unit which was nice. There are a few things to consider when booking; it is a duplex so you can clearly hear your neighbors at times, the lighting in the kitchen is fair at best (didn’t ruin our stay) and responses from the property manager were slow…none of which ruined our trip! We had a very nice stay and would book again if in the area."
