"We enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the room service was wonderful, and the staff was polite/helpful. The only improvement we’d recommend is the ability to park ourselves. It’s $40 per night and we only used our vehicle when we check in/out, so $240.00 to basically just park. The"

"SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good. Had continuous problem with door lock. Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved. Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff."

"First off, the front desk is AMAZING! Literally AMAZING! We had a 2 day stay in the largest townhouse room. Housekeeping never came once. We ran out of toilet paper and towels. No beds were ever made. Garbage was never changed. No fresh towels given. The room needed a serious cleaning. Cupboard doors are falling off the hinges. The toilets needed a wipe down. So did the vanity and sinks. It’s mostly just old and not maintained really. We had a family of 4. They give you 2 pool passes for all for our entire stay. They have another pool that’s for adults only though. You have to purchase $22 wristbands if you want the entire family to be together in the waterpark/pool every day you’re there. The Gulf is close by. You can’t swim for free there. Parking is free and very easy. It’s supposed to be a full kitchen. You can’t make a meal out of the kitchen if you tried. There’s nothing very little cooking supplies. 1 pan. 4 plates. 4 forks, 2 butter knives and a ton of sharp knives & 3 drinking glasses. Bring all of your own paper plates & tableware. Great location and everything is so close by. Good restaurants within walking distance. We paid $315 a night PLUS $42 per night (not per stay) totaling $357 per night for a run down room with broken cupboards that we STILL need to pay to use their waterpark. Not doing this again. Sorry."

Tampa Bay Extended Stay Hotel

"The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work well!!! We were told by someone that the ice machine was suppose to be fixed that day, but wasn't! The fire department sent plenty of trucks to "put out the fire". The fumes were very bad from the blow up. The night before we were scheduled to leave was a bad night. Someone came pounding on our door at midnight with all kind of noises outside our door. We were hesitant to open the door! After about 20 minutes the ruckus finally subsided. Saying all this, we will most definately NOT stay there again. The staff was pleasant, but we did have some issues we have never encountered anywhere!! Thank you for asking our opinion concerning our three week stay!"

"Had a great stay here! The location was convenient for days at the beach. There’s a closet with beach toys, an umbrella, a few chairs, and a cooler - so helpful for us when flying in for the week! The house is spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the pool!! The hosts were responsive to questions. We’d gladly stay here again!"
