"The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet "

"There seemed to be minor issues. The key card put into the power slot did not work on the door. I had to get another/validated for the room. Later when I wanted to leave my room, the door wouldn't open. From inside! Staff were helpful in resolving it, but they should get it serviced. TV... I would have like a face towel and not just the bath towels. No stirrer in the coffee/tea kit. Toilet paper roll nearly over, but no ready replacement. I shouldn't have to ask for all these. I liked...
