"The view from the room was amazing. The amenities were excellent. The staff were so welcoming and positive, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. The room space was adequate, as you must remember you are in the centre of Tokyo, which is fantastic for investigating the city."

"We had an amazing stay at APA!! Very convenient location with two train stations close by, lots of shopping, & dining option. The area is very clean, safe, & quiet. Staff were very friendly. Fresh linens and toiletries were delivered to our door daily. Rooms are small but not a problem if you can keep your stuff organized. The bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit stiff which would be my only complaint. We stayed at two different APAs during our trip & would stay again!"

"I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away."

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."
