"Hotel was in a very convenient location - close to subway and tons of dining options available. Very close to large grocery store as well. What I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was despite the busy area. The accommodations are excellent as well - clean and spacious. Staff very responsive as well. Will not hesitate to stay there again next time we come back to Japan."

"Great location- very central to bars and shopping. Good for family. 12 min walk to shibuya station. Very hilly walk from shibuya station. It was easy to walk with empty suitcases but we took a taxi back. Family mart steps away. Helpful staff. Rooms could be cleaner. We stayed there for two nights at the beginning of our trip on the 7th floor and it was very clean. We stayed there again for the last three nights on the 5th floor and the room felt like it wasn’t vacuumed or dusted. We would stay here again."
