"Nice big rooms with desk. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. The staff was very nice for the most part, but for some reason one staff member decided to meet us in the parking lot to tell us about check in. Also, the hotel charges for early check-in even to get into the room 30 minutes early, which I never experienced before and doesn't speak well for the hotel and customer service. I would not have paid that out of principle, but my daughter insisted."

"Spacious room and perfect location for families and those that want to be near the sights of Shinjuku but still relatively quiet. Easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Great shower pressure! Room was overall very clean."

"I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away."

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at during our first trip to Tokyo. The location: perfectly situated in Shinjuku across from the Metropolitan Government Building. Quiet yet located steps from the station and a plethora of shops. The hotel: excellent service, clean and efficient rooms, and good quality beds and pillows. Shopping: excellent shops a few minutes walk and easy access to trains and subways and taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Very nice hotel with easy access to Shinjuku Station, 5-7min walk depending on entrance used. Best to use Shinjuku South Gate entrance and exit. That's the closest to the hotel. Lots of shopping and there is an Onitsuka Tiger on the East entrance that is busy but not as busy as the Ginza store. Our room was bigger than expected after reading all the comments of how tiny hotel rooms are. Very spacious for two sisters travelling with a great city view. We had double twin room and we opted for housekeeping everyday so we could have bins emptied and fresh clean towels. Didnt eat in the hotel as we wanted to explore breakfast areas around. Looked at the dinner menu but there were better options outside for what we wanted to eat. Nothing wrong with the dinner menu it just wasn't our preferred meal options. Great there was a washing machine on our 14th floor however it was always busy so never got to actually use it. Woukd have loved to if there was a second or third machine. Might be best to try it first thing in the morning. Vending machine was well stocked and a microwave to heat up quick meals on one of the days we didn’t go out for dinner and picked up a 7-Eleven meal. Staff very friendly even loaned me an umbrella on one of the rainy evening. Overall very good hotel stay and I would stay again. Higher recommend."

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."

"Excellent location, 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station! Room was clean and perfect for a 4 day stay in Tokyo! Staff were lovely and helpful too, will definately be staying here again! "
