"Pillows & matress is very hard which was very uncomfortable. Staff didnt had any soft pillows. Paid breakfast you get option for only 1 drink and 1 snack from a basic list not from the cafe's menu. Room is not soundproof at all. You hear everything which happens on the road."

"The laundry service was convenient, the bed comfort was just about average, the cleanliness was disappointing as there was mold between the bathtub and the walls in the bathroom. Space is typically small and the train station is a 15 minute walk. It was an okay experience."

"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful about the room was just a regular room. There was no one outside to take our luggage when we arrived. We also needed a taxi in the morning and we're told to just stand outside until one came. We waited quite a while and none came so we walked to the train station and were late to our destination. The bartender in the lounge however was very friendly as were the check in staff. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a very quiet area which seems to be more of a financial district. If you want to be in the action you will need to take a train."

"Perfect location with quick and easy access to Shinjuku and central Tokyo. Rooms are small but clean and cosy with everything you need. Staff are very helpful and efficient."
