The place is a bit off the main Shinjuku area, but accessible with bus 45 from Shinjuku (West Exit, 230 jpy). Loads of convenience store nearby, and other buses to Shinjuku or Shibuya (bus 64). "The room is clean, and I really like that there are plenty of outlets for charging devices. The owner is smart as the way things layout inside the room. We had a brief panic when we couldn’t find the key after unlocking the lock, but it turned out the key was stored inside the lock itself, not in the box. There are two subway stations nearby, though both require about a 15-minute walk each way. Overall, the accommodation offers good value for the price."

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."
