"Hotel was amazing just felt damp all time! Too hot to not turn on AC and no dehumidifier so it feel like 70% humidity while being 22C. I would like dehumidifiers next time I return. Thank you for lovely stay"

"Clean room in a well kept hotel, with excellent staff at a convenient location. Near to a 24 hour grocery, convenience and drug stores and the subway. Close to police and EMS and really safe to walk at night but also meant some sirens. It didn't bother my family as we spent most of our days walking and exploring and were sleeping soundly by the end of the day. Air conditioning, and an ensuite laundry were key due to the hot weather. This hotel checked all the boxes for a summer stay and will always be on the top of my list for future visits."

"5 star hotel by all means. The rooms gets cleaned all the time, the towels get changed all the time and the staff is nice and helpful. If staying in Shinjuku, I definitely recommend!"
