The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect.

The staff at check-in were quite cold and unwelcoming. I smiled and they did not smile back or greet me so I was confused about how and where to check-in. I wasn’t greeted or smiled at my entire stay whenever I entered or exited the building.

We were so happy we chose to stay in shinjuku at the start of our trip! Walkable to the train station and the convenience of having a family mart right on the first floor was so convenient!
