"This property does have all the essential even with a kitchenette and washing machine. The room is clean. Very small. The mattress is very thin, prepare for a hard bed to sleep!
We only stayed for one night, so it was ok. Staff communicated well with email for what was required before giving the self check in information. "

"About a month before arrival, I attempted to contact the hostel to inform them that we would be arriving late at night. I called the listed phone number multiple times over several days, but no one answered. Eventually, someone picked up – a man claiming to be the cleaner – who proceeded to yell at me for calling what he claimed was an “emergency number.” He told me to use an email address that I was supposedly sent. When I explained that I had never received such an email, he refused to provide...

"I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that but the check-in was easy with helpful & considerate staff. The rooms are small but very clean & comfortable. You have more than everything you need for your stay. Very nice bedding & the bathrooms were in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with the room & would recommend to anyone staying in this area. Also, the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any road noise when the window was shut.

"Great, amazing hotel! Our room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were so wonderful, thoughtful and friendly. The location is perfect—above a train station and a mall with a Starbucks for easy morning coffee. The mall also had a Family Mart and a small grocery store for quick essentials. We will definitely stay here again!! "
"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay. "
