"This is one of several KOKO HOTELs across Tokyo. We found it to be well-located--near transportation, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very clean and the reception desk very helpful and staffed by English speakers. Toiletries, beverage packets, etc. were readily available in the lobby. While the pricing is excellent compared to most other Tokyo hotels, be aware the rooms are very small. My wife found it easier to crawl across the bed rather than attempting to walk around it (due to lack of space). The bath, however, was decent-sized and fine. One warning: the hot water is scalding hot--be sure to always combine it with cold water."

"Excellent location! The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from two major subway stations, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. There’s a 7-Eleven right across from the lobby, a FamilyMart nearby, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was okay, but most importantly, it was clean and comfortable. Getting to Narita Airport was also very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location in the “heart” of Shinjuku. The kids (teens) loved the Godzilla theme, and we appreciated being able to spot our hotel easily when exploring (it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area). The rooms aren’t big by American standards but fine for 2 people. We rented 2 rooms for the 4 of us and appreciated not having to share one bathroom for 4 people. The view from our room was amazing! Price felt like a deal for the convenience of the location and overall experience."

"The hotel location is very convenient to public transportation and access to the lively Shinjuku area. The rooms, like most in Japan, are very small, maybe 15x12. The bathroom does have a full tub/shower and the entire room was very clean."

"I still like the place and it is still my go to. But the prices went up… and the rooms remained the same. I also didn’t get the same room as usual and I had no view of the tower. First time I get a room without the view and that changes everything."
