"No rod in closet for hanging clothes. A/C wasn’t very cold. Basic room okay for 1 night stay. Main complaint is the morning clerk was rude. Also they charged $50 deposit which wasn’t disclosed on Expedia. "

"We were in Jackson for the Mississippi Makers Fest. The hotel was located right in front of the Two Mississippi Museums where the event was held. We had an overall great experience."

"When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience."

The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
