Everyone was willing to share a fun fact of the city or just to welcome us. I also appreciated how easy it was to get to places, whether walking or via public transportation. There was a lot of neat things to see and places to eat in the area. "

The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and there was a beautiful pool and the people using it seemed to be enjoying it. I was only there for a few days but my stay was enjoyable"

"There are areas of the property outside that need some tlc. The hallways are outdated in decor but the room was clean and comfortable. The reception area was very pretty. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel itself has a good location walkable to the Soldier Field which we were in town for a concert there. There are walkable restaurants and parks nearby. We did not feel unsafe in the area. "
