"The suite was clean and spacious but lacked dishes in the kitchen. The staff that helped us check-in wasn't welcoming, mumbled and rushed the process of checking us in (there was not anyone waiting behind us). He pushed a a couple of pieces of paper towards us with information about restaurants nearby and info about The Magnolia and apparently was done helping us because he immediately looked away from us to do something else. Coffee is provided in the lobby in the mornings. That was a nice touch."

"Our room was a 1 bedroom suite and was huge. Staff was helpful. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to many destinations. We took advantage of the free shuttle on one occasion but mostly used rideshares (when we didn’t choose to walk). The elevators were speedy. The hotel is feeling its age and could use some updates but met our needs well."
