"The check-in process was smooth as a member of staff was on hand to guide us thru the self check-in process and answer any general queries. The room was small as mentioned elsewhere but we expected this and it was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed and the bed very comfy. We were on the 30th floor so had lovely views across the city. The location was convenient for transport/shops/cafes. We checked in late, after 10pm and was able to find 2 cafes within 150 yards still opened."

"Great location, close to shops and walkable distance to major attractions. Rooms are decent size and clean. The only downside is that during peak hours, elevator wait time can be long. The walkways in between malls can also be confusing for first timers."

"Yes it was very clean. The staff were very helpful there a swimming pool but we did not use it as we had a lot to do in Singapore in just 2 days."

"Really enjoyed our stay over the 3 days. Room which was on the 13th floor was spotless and immacultely cleaned every day ( if you wanted it cleaned every day ). Everyone from the reception staff to the room housekeeping staff were always polite and courteous. The pool was quiet for the most part, so plenty of loungers to be had. Would def recommend. In a great location aa well right across from Raffles "
