"Older Hotel, Great Experience The hotel is definitely older and could use some updating, but I still had a very good experience. The bed was comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit dated, the excellent staff and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again."

"The shower was extremely small but the room was super large. I didn’t like that I couldn’t turn the air down to 68- 65 so I can sleep at night. Staff was very nice and friendly but it would be helpful to have an English speaker host. I had to wait or use Google Translate. Food was good and coffee was excellent."

"The hotel itself is very nice with a great bathroom and a super comfortable bed. The only thing is that the beach is across the street and it’s currently under construction. This means you have to walk a block to the left or right to access the beach. Once you’re on the beach, the vendors are relentless! You have to rent an umbrella/chairs if you haven’t brought your own and there is no way you can relax without someone bothering you. They are even in the ocean wanting to rent you a boogie board! We only went to the beach once because it was that bad and I’m usually someone who will be on the beach all day every day. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but wanted to make other travelers aware."

"English: From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone, from the breakfast staff, on the 11th floor to Hector at the front desk, made us feel very well taken care of. A special mention to the lovely ladies who took care of our room. They were always friendly, kind, and did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Our room, 904, had an amazing view of both the city and the ocean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to banks, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Overall, Hotel ZiOne Luxury was a fantastic place to stay. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena!"
