"I stayed 3 times between March 27 and April 15, 2926. First room - need to be cleaned better. Stepped on an earphone from a previous guest. Poor lighting. Second room - poor lighting Third room - poor lighting, not enough towels There was no body lotion"

"My initial dish of fish looked half raw and had to change to another dish which was very good. It seems that most of the tours in Peru start very early in the morning and when I asked the front desk ( on 2 different days)for a to-go early snack, it was refused. Fortunately, on both occasions, another staff member graciously made this happen for which I was grateful. Otherwise, stay was very good"

"​I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel excels in many areas, though a few minor maintenance and setup issues held it back from being a perfect 5-star experience for me. ​The Highlights ​The room was exceptionally clean and impressively quiet. The bed and pillows were top-tier, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. ​The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​The buffet breakfast is outstanding! The variety is incredible, and I loved that the selection changed daily. It’s easily one of the best parts of the stay. ​I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel has a high-level security system, and the in-room safety features provided great peace of mind. ​While I had a great time, I did report a few issues on my first day that unfortunately weren't addressed during my stay: ​There were no glasses or holders for toothbrushes, and oddly, nowhere to hang or place a hand towel in the bathroom. These are small details, but they impact daily convenience. ​Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, the shower water was consistently cold. This seems to be a peak-hour issue that needs looking into. If these minor hardware and plumbing issues were resolved, this hotel would easily earn a full 5-star rating. It is a beautiful property in in a great location, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miraflores! "

"Centrally located with easy access to San Isidro and Miraflores! There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby, as well as easy access to several parks. The hotel is nicely renovated and our room had a nice bathroom."
