"We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. Quarto ótimo para família grande como a nossa, atendeu as expectativas. Ficamos 5 dias no hotel.
O café da manhã tem boa variedade e é muito gostoso. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos. A Sra Isabel (gerente do hotel) estava sempre disponível, buscando nos oferecer melhores condições. O hotel tem o diferencial de servir café da tarde.
