"Well, what can I say? Arguably the best hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure. Arriving and greeting was super friendly, all staff were attentive. The room itself - lovely. Little touches such as slippers and travel size moisturisers and another amenities kits were welcome. The hotel, despite being on the main road, was quiet and what can I say about the view… I stayed in room 329. Exceptional view and I set my alarm for the sunrise and was not disappointed. Breakfast was excellent with a range of hot and cold food. I had the granola followed by egg muffin, scrambled egg, sausage, ham and cheese. I left my luggage with the hotel after check out and a taxi was arranged for later (€200 to the airport - takes 30 minutes). The hotel is a short walk from the train station and I ventured down to Cinque Terre, easily doable in a day. I came to the hotel from Genoa, again easy. You will not be disappointed with this hotel! "

"Worst hotel ever Says it has ac but it was turned off and when questioning said its spring so we turn it off. And said to keep window open where the room had port view and lots of street noise Couldn't aleep all night. The staff was rude and not helpful. "
