On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. Everything was walkable, with many dining and pub options. A thing to note about the hotel is that it is connected to a casino. One person in our group tried to find us a bar in the hotel to watch the World Cup Finals. He had to sign many documents in order to get in, due to it being in the Casino. That said, he received a free drink and won money. So, it was a win for him.
