"This is a great hotel to stay of you're in Cusco. The staff is very attentive, the property is clean and smells soooo good. We arrived before check in and they had coca and munya tea ready for guests, in case you were struggling with the altitude. The breakfast options are very good too and though it's not in the middle of Plaza de Armas, the walk is not too far away and you still have access to a lot of businesses that are close by."

"The staff were great at communicating with us and easing our concerns about travelling with a 15 year old and a 10 year old. They had heaters and extra blankets, hot water bottles, a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. They had heaters views were spectacular and it wasn’t too scary getting to our capsule. The dinner was excellent and every staff member was outstanding."

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough. The location was close enough to everything but far enough that it was relatively quiet at night. The family who runs the hotel were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was great."
