Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Staying at Only YOU Sevilla was a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is top notch offering everything you could possibly want and more to start of your day in the best way. The gym is better than most small hotel gyms and pool area is magnificent! Gorgeous pool, lux comfortable loungers and a great pool bar servings drinks and food all day - perfect moment to rest, sunbathe and swim after a day of sightseeing! Although it is not located in the centre, it is only a walk away from the tram that takes you right into the centre in less than 20 minutes. Loved our stay here and would 100% come back!
