The hotel was easy to find and had a restaurant right next to it. Our room was clean and had a simple kitchenette. Breakfast was adequate with some hot options available. This was a nice stay.

The suite has this homey feel to it. We had a balcony and a nice view of the small like so we got to see some geese. The breakfast bar is always a plus, my boys love the waffle makers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our first time at the indoor pool and it was lovely, the water temperature was perfect 👌 this was our 3rd time staying here and I will always choose to stay here. Thank you all so much!

In fairness, they were in the process of renovation. Although this renovation was out of sight and not an issue getting around at all, and definitely not noisy... It closed off the lowest, below ground level...This is where the pool is located, and is also being renovated... The pool was our determining factor to book this stay, it should of been let known that the pool "was" under renovation... it was "near finished" for our full three day stay. No form of compensated reimbursement except that the full staff were very polite, courteous, cleaning staff were on point every morning with a smile. The bed was sweet.

I stayed on the first floor and saw 2 roaches in my room. When I informed the front desk they said they'd spray the room. Staff seems friendly enough though. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE.

The breakfast was much better than expected. Actual cooked food: fake scrambled eggs, good sausage, and very good biscuits and sausage gravy. Make your own waffles, etc. The place appeared to be clean, with nice flooring and fixtures, but if you looked closely, things were not mounted properly or repaired properly. It appears that there is not a good handyman or repair man at this facility. Typical for Indian-owned budget properties.

my stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful. There is a small stream that runs through it. The pool is large and it goes from very shallow to very deep so it’s great for adults and children. The staff is kind and honestly it was super reasonable. I will be back next month. My daughter lives close by and I am always in this area and honestly, I did not wanna leave this hotel it was by far one of the nicest ones I have ever been in. This is a 10 out of 10 for me comfortable bed very quiet. The AC works amazing. I had a nice balcony outside my room. It really was just perfect.

Check in was super easy. We left early in am and nobody was at the desk. Breakfast was good. Older hotel that has been repainted. Some dirt on floor in bathroom. We got a suite and had 6 people in room with no extra towels or bedding for sofa. Not a bad place for the price.

Great value for the price! The room was súper clean and comfortable. Unlike many other hotels, the linens were fresh and didn’t smell of smoke. The breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it had two hot dishes as well as a good assortment of muffins, cereal, waffles, etc. My son and I are in the area twice a year and will definitely stay at the Hawthorn next visit!

Extremely thin walls. You can hear talking in the next room. Thankfully they weren't doing anything we didn't want to hear. Unfortunately for them, they may have heard something they didn't want to hear.... Everything else was nice. Breakfast was great.

The staff was awesome, but the property is just yucky inside and out. There is a very distinct litter box type smell everywhere. The sheets were not clean. The room was very smelly. The bathroom was very musty. The door to our room was also painted shut so it was incredibly difficult to open. I wish the property owner would provide their amazing staff with a building worth being proud of.

Parking was terrible. Hotel was relatively clean, hallways smelled bad. Rooms were very big and clean. Kitchen area could use upgrade. Back door would not open but employee got it open and then it would not lock. Used chain. Pool was nice but very slippery. Overall good experience.

Clean room and a clean hotel. Plenty parking. Beds were comfortable. (Bring your own pillow for comfort.) Excellent hospitality. The breakfast, had plenty to choose from. And, there is a restaurant, next door with good food.
