We had a wonderful stay at the Royal and would return back when visiting Geneva. Customer service was top notch from anyone we encountered. Tony went above and beyond during our stay, and his colleague Penelope was wonderful and very courteous too. The room was clean, spacious with all needed amenities for a family with young kids.
