Ski -In/Ski-Out- Cozy 3 Bedroom No Stairs (1 Night Rentals Ok)

NO STAIRS into condo or to the slopes!

This three bedroom two bath condo can be split into two units or be left with free access between them, depending on your preference for privacy. The condo is located in the Stoneridge Complex of The Villages, which is on top of the Ski mountain. The resort is easily accessible by the Free shuttle service and the Unit also provides the ability to get right on the ski slopes and ski or snowboard down to the lodge and grab the chair lift right back up when you are done. Slopes are accessible from the Village Trail and Avalanche Lift.

Side A includes a full living and dining area with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer and one full bedroom and bathroom and balcony.

Side B includes two bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bath between them, an additional sink in the master bedroom and a second balcony off of the master bedroom.

There is a TV in the main living area of side A and a TV in the master bedroom in side B.

Kitchen is ready to use with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, seasonings, coffee maker, and a complimentary bottle of wine for our guests to enjoy. We have extra blankets, sheets, pillows, towels and a few sample toiletries in case you leave yours at home.

We are constantly updating the property to make it a cozy home away from home that our guests look forward to enjoying year after year.

Very cozy location and easy to get to the slopes right behind the condo. The unit is nicely decorated, definitely has a mountain feel and can tell the owner spend a lot of time making it cozy and welcoming. There are lots of extras here with games and cooking items.

Incredible location- GREAT skiing.

If you have the urge to ski upon better slopes than Liberty and Roundtop- take the extra couple of hours to go here- and stay overnight at the slopeside ski in/out accommodations that this place provides. No need to head to Vermont- or the overpriced Snowshoe. Great easy in/out skiing at a marvelous ski experience. Great host communicates quite well. Recommended!

We had a lovely time- the apartment was stocked with everything we could need and more. We climbed the hill to get to the slope the first day and then realized we could ski down the street and onto the mountain…. Newbies 😂 We weren’t able to find the pool/hot tub at the other building, but maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo at seven springs

Property had a great location, we were lucky enough to have some snow both days we were there and the view off the 2 balconies were great. Loved the covered parking spot, made getting packed up and checking out easy without all the scraping snow and cleaning off car. Shuttle to slopes was right outside the door, very convenient. With more lifts running this is definitely a great place for ski in ski out. Unfortunately during our stay the lift in question was closed so we hiked a bit to get to the slopes, but it was still great.

Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas with the Grandkids

We had a great visit with our daughter’s family and celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas with them. They live in New Derry, Pa, and we live near Cleveland, OH. This place was easy to access for my husband who walks with a walker. There was a basket full of good dvds to watch but we couldn’t find a remote that could be used with the dvd player. We painted, colored and played games on the kitchen table. The condo was comfortable and fit our needs very well.

Cozy but beware...

Booked the place for just one night. Check in was easy enough, clear instructions but the lock boxes were a bit of a pain to get open but after a couple tries we were in. Place was nice, room for everyone and clean. Once we settled in, I messaged the host about the "complimentary" wine mentioned in the check in instructions. Nothing, No reply, No wine:(. Oh well, no biggie but at least reply back when I message you. Anyway, we barely spent anytime there since we booked for just one night. We went out and crashed when we got home. The next morning we went to take showers and we had NO HOT WATER. Burrrr. Wev never checked when we got there to see, who does? we dropped our bags off and went on our way. Maybe the hot water tank went, I get it, things break. I message the host again but now about this issue and still nothing, no reply. Waited around another couple hours and still nothing, so no showers for us before we hit the road, bummer. The biggest bummer was totally being blown off by the host, ZERO communication despite several attempts by me Again, the place was nice enough and clean but beware of a possible bad host. FYI...I waited a few days to see if I heard anything from the gost before posting this review and still nothing.
