"The property makes you feel like you have the whole lake to yourself. Completely private and secluded. This property is the perfect escape to get away from reality and relax. The yard is massive, and waterfront is endless. It was our first time on Champlain so it may be local knowledge I wasn’t aware of (for those bringing boats), but all boats are moored with the weather patterns and wind the lake is known for for the safety of your equipment and the dock. The property has a mooring bouy and a dingy to get out to it, and the boat launch is a 2 minute drive from the property making it a breeze to get on and off the water if mooring isn’t for you. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made it easy to just show up and get straight to enjoying the lake. We will 100% be back again. Thank you!!"

"We only had time for a short getaway, but we would have gladly stayed much longer at this fascinating home. Terrific location, lots of lawn for our pup to stretch her (albeit short) legs, gracious hosts, and once we got our kayaks down to the beach, an incredibly easy launch. Everything we might have needed was provided in the well-stocked house, too. Really an excellent choice for exploring the northern parts of the lake, dipping into Quebec, or simply relaxing."

"This home was perfect for our 3 generations of family! We loved the 3 rooms with king sized beds and the abundance of bathrooms. The kitchen is well layed out and the huge table allowed us to eat multiple meals together. But it’s the outside space that will bring us back. The views are gorgeous! The dock and boat mooring allowed us to have our pontoon boat and a grandson’s bass boat. And the fishing was spectacular! So much outside seating and a hammock to relax and read that we never felt the need to leave the property. The owners were very prompt in responding to our small concerns and helpful with questions we had. I very highly recommend this home and will hopefully return next year!"
