This small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. All in all, this hotel is really excellent - highly recommended!

Casa della Favola was the perfect place to stay for my Crete adventure. The room was spacious, well furnished and cleaned every day. Sotiris who runs the hotel was amazing. He is so helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal for me as a solo traveller. I would definitely choose to stay at Casa della Favola when I visit Chania again.

Clean convenient and cosy accomodation

Rooms are newly renovated, clean and include all that is require for a stay in the beautiful historic old town of Chania. Within walking distance to Bus station, new town of Chania and right in the middle of the old town which has an abundance of Beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops. Owners Sotiris and Stratos were extremely helpful offering advice, recommendations and assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Very well located and friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with a lot of care given to decorating the spaces with unique and local objects. Parking is a problem, with the need to park in a public parking area some distance away. Also the hotel has no reception/sitting area or dining/breakfast faculty - there is an arrangement to have breakfast at a reasonable price at a nearby cafe.

The hotel was in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes' walk away from the harbour, and near to lots of excellent restaurants. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful, and was very obliging with regard to late check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Paradise stay

Chania in my opinion is a wonderful place. Casa della Favolla is one of the best apartments I have stayed in and would recommend it to anyone. It was immaculate and very clean and comfortable.

Nice room perfectly located

The room we had in Casa della Favola was more like a small appartment. It is in the middle of the old town of chania. The room is nicely decorated and was always clean and tidy. It was quite spacious for two people. We really enjoyed it as it was in a perfect location and everything was reachable in walking distance. The two guys at the reception were always friendly and up for a small chat. They gave us great hints for dining, drinks and beautiful beaches. They were very helpful abd dis the best for us to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
