Great location, Staff were lovely and nice, vegetarian food was not great but there are loads of resturants around within 10mins walk. Beach was lovely. They upgraded us to a suite (sea view) which was absolutely lovely of them to do but it was quite a bit of track to get the room. Would love to go back and would recommend this hotel.

The food was extraordinary! A lot of variety, every day there were different themes, the flavor is incredible and many options for all tastes. Mainly at dinner. My congratulations to the chef! He always looked very aware of everything. The breakfast is varied. The snacks on different days there are options of gyro, pizzas and bbq that were incredibly delicious. There are different drink options and the service in Marina and bridge bar is very good. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I loved the hotel

Mycket fin vistelse! Jag och mina 3 barn (11,14,17år) hade en fantastisk vistelse här på höstlovet. Stranden är fantastisk! Strandbaren likaså. Läget mycket bra, roligt att kunna strosa runt i små affärer på kvällarna. Stor super market precis bredvid. Bra platt trottoar för löppass, går att springa till Chania om man vill köra långpass. Gymmet dåligt, men bra löpband där. Maten helt ok, ffa tema-dagarna. Mycket vänlig personal, ffa Stratos i baren! Mycket prisvärt! Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fint og rent hotell. Vi fikk et stort rom med stor balkong og havutsikt. Bassenget var iskaldt (oktober), men det var heldigvis bra temperatur i sjøen. Praktisk at hotellet ligger rett ved stranden. Vi hadde all inclusive. Maten var god og variert, men vinen og drinkene var av dårlig kvalitet. Det var veldig mye bråk i restauranten, av og til sånn at det var vanskelig å snakke sammen. Helt unødvendig å spille musikk der, det ble bare ekstra mye støy. De ansatte er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

fan in the room did not work, despite notifying staff (it was not a very hot period though) foul odour from the drain pipe, they fixed it after a few days and in fairness fixed that sooner than I got to complain about it overall wear-and-tear of furniture and surfaces like in 3-star hotel breakfast like in 3-star hotel (no good dried sausage slices or cheeses, no juices) family complained that pool is not heated - it was the temperature for serious swimming, not casual splashing

Our view from the balcony was very nice. The biggest upset was at the time of booking was when we contacted an Expedia customer service agent to confirm if the room was in fact all inclusive (as it was advertised as an all inclusive hotel) the agent confirmed that this room was all inclusive but that he couldn’t book it through his system and that we had to do it ourselves online. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told our room doesn’t have the inclusive package. Very disappointing for the price we paid for 4 nights and the dated condition of the room and hotel.

The property is as advertised on Expedia. I recommend staying at the start or end of the tourist season. There are more room options available so you can get an upgrade and there are no crowds. We're considering coming back next year with the entire family. The only problem was the lack of 24/7 maintenance and administration during the slower months. Not a big deal for non-emergency requests. Otherwise, the property is clean, has amenities galore, and the area has amazing restaurants, and the view from our balcony garden to the sea is spectacular.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week in Crete at Iolida. With 2 pools and also beach access makes for great choice especially with kids. There are plenty of restaurants to also eat at within walking distance. Staff at hotel also very friendly and willing to help.

Hyvä hotelli perhematkailijalle

Hotelli sijaitsee parinkymmenen minuutin matkan päässä Hanian lentokentästä. Hotellin lähialueella on paljon ravintoloita ja peruskauppoja, joten alueelta ei välttämättä tarvitse lähteä pidemmälle. Hotellilla on oma rantapätkä ja varsinkin pienten lasten kanssa matkustaessa loiva hiekkapohjainen ranta oli mitä mainioin. Hotelli oli mielestäni hyvä 4 tähden hotelli. Huoneet siistejä ja riittävän tilavia kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle pienelle (5 ja 3 vuotiaat) lapselle. Kaksi uima-allasaluetta varmisti sen, että tilaa riitti sekä uimareille että auringonottajille. Ainoan miinuksen annan aamiaisesta. Vaihtoehtoja oli rajallisesti ja laatu vain keskinkertaista.

Große Hotelanalge in Strandnähe.

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtung in einem Appartment in einem Anbauhaus der Hotelanalge verbracht. Die Hotelanalage selbst ist sehr groß. Hat ein schönes Schwimmpool. Das Zimmer ist groß. Der Zustand der Zimmerausstattung ist allgemein ein bissche alt. Die Zimmerausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers entspricht weit nicht einen 5-Stern Standdard. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, direkt am Strand und hat viele Einkaufmöglichkeit im Umgebung.

Hotel is perfectly located

Hotel is located in a very good place in Chania, a 15min bus ride from the town centre. Hotel was on the beach which is excellent and woke up to sea views. Hotel staff were very helpful and catered to all our needs. Rooms were big and spacious, cleaned on a daily basis by very friendly cleaners.

Høy standard med god beliggenhet

Vi har benyttet hotellet i flere år både på sommeren og høsten og har vært strålende fornøyd. Det er et 5 sjernes hotel med alle fasiliteter, og holder høy standard på alle måter. Med dager med mye vind kan du trekke deg tilbake til det fantastiske bassengområdet som er godt skjermet.

Rent og pent

Meget bra standard og utrolig dyktige rengjøring. Men stranden var elendig. I et område med utrolige strender var Iolidas en vits. Kun et par meter med strand før vannkanten var en stor skuffelse. Men resten var meget bra.

Θα έμενα ξανα!

Μεγάλο και καθαρό δωματιο.Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι σε ιδανική τοποθεσία,σχετικά κοντα στην πόλη των Χανίων και διπλα απο πολλα beach bars.Το πρωινό δεν ηταν κατι το ιδιαιτερο για ξενοδοχειο 5 αστέρων.Σε γενικές γραμμές ηταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.
