Lovely clean, modern hotel in the center of Chania with excellent service and friendly staff. Five minute walk to the old town and 20 minute walk to a great beach. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

Well located hotel

This hotel is so nicely located, just steps from the marina and all the restaurants and shops. Very well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was decent, not super delicious but lots options for everyone. The room was of a good size as well as the bathroom, it was very clean which is a super plus. Also, we rented a car and were able to park it at their lot for 12 euros per night. I would totally go back if I am in town.

Enjoyable short stay in Chania

Nice, clean hotel to spend a couple of days in Chania. You could easily walk to the harbour from here by going through streets with various vendors. The restaurant in the hotel was good and decently priced, although majority of the dishes use frozen ingredients. Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, even several pharmacies.

We drove from Iraklio. They have parking which is important. We were in the heart of the town.Plenty of restaurants by the port. Walking distance to everything. If they had a pool, that would be fantastic. However, not necessary as the must see Balos and Elafonsi beaches are within driving distance and SPECTACULAR!!!

We stayed one night. Hotel is in a good location. The staff was helpful. We couldn’t stay long enough for breakfast, but the staff provided take away breakfast. Shower was too small and hard to use. TV had only one English language channel. We could hear our next door neighbor too well.

Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff! Always a smile and they always went out of their way to help us with any request. Thank you team Kydon!!

Rydon Hotel is a 5 star property. Rooms are spacious, complimentary bottled water each day, daily room service. Parking is available for a nominal fee each day in a gated lot. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Staff is sensational. 8 min walk to old town Chania. Highly recommend this property
