We loved this B&B. We had all that we needed and the breakfast choices were unique, healthy, and delicious. The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location

George was very friendly and kind. The place is in great location and top floor is very nice with sun lounge chairs. Breakfast with salad and egg was very nice.

Just what we wanted

Clean basic room, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was not included ( they just call it pocoloco bed and breakfast) but breakfast was very nice and good value. Seating outside to eat and drink was only on market day saturday.

The hotel is a bit old but has its charm. The location is very convenient, right on the market street, close to the port and the old town. Overall, it could have been a nice stay. However, the reception experience was not very pleasant. the lady there seemed a bit confused or drunk and couldn’t really give me clear directions for parking (just “go this way, turn there”), which made it a bit difficult. Because of that, my impression of the place was not as positive as I expected, and I left a little disappointed after two nights.

Pleasant accommodation for a short stay

Friendly staff Good sized accommodation, plenty of clothes storage space. Mattresses are very firm, I prefer something a little less so. Good sized toilet/bathroom area and good shower space; plenty of hot water. Fridge and kettle, TV, supposed to have satellite channels but the receiver didn't work. Decent wifi connection Room was up three flights of stairs, fine if you are fully mobile, a little challenging with arthritis and sciatica. Pleasant sun terrace available

Reposant et bien placé

Petit hôtel coloré et bien tenu aux airs de pension de famille décontractée. L'emplacement est top, tout est accessible à pied tout en étant au calme et en retrait de l'agitation de la ville. Marché sympa devant l'hôtel le samedi matin. Nous avions la chambre "rooftop" avec une jolie terrasse attenante et une belle vue sur les toits de la ville. L'accueil est très chaleureux, avec d'excellents conseils pour une expérience authentique en ville comme aux alentours. Une adresse à garder précieusement...

Kleine Wohlfühloase direkt in Chania

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett, haben uns jeden Wünsch erfüllt und das Frühstück war richtig gut. Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben und somit einen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer, Dank unserer Riesen Dachterrasse. Einzig was mir fehlte war ein Föhn. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung super.

Delightful stay in Chania

Eight people in our group using all five rooms. From the moment we arrived early one morning to the last hug a week later we could not have been treated more warmly. Rooms spotless, breakfast outstanding. George and Katerina are great hosts.

Surprising hotel

Compared to average, lower price and more affordable hotels, this was exceptionally good find. Surprisingly close to all must-see places of chania old town, the location was perfect, located in old town, but in the quiet side of it. Close to some shops, beach, restaurants, 10min walk to bus station. Our room was very big, although it was the smallest one of theirs. The hotel is beautiful inside, colorful, and the top-floor terrace is ideal for looking sunrise behind the mountains. Gorgeous. Really quiet hotel. The stairs are narrow and thus not recommended for some with disabilities. Safety box and airconditioning! Great price/quality.

Ideale Lage am Beginn der Altstadt

Sehr schönes, sehr kleines (persönliches) Hotel. George, der Besitzer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer nach vorne raus bekommen Nachts leider den Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Autos ab. Ist aber auszuhalten.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel.

The hotel was a quick booking online. Nonetheless, the owner was very well accommodating and service was very intuitive to our needs. Hand crafted artwork and furniture by the owner even made the stay very pleasant. Stayed during the off season and found this gem at the edge of Old town.
