"Our stay here was amazing. Hygiene at the hotel is good. Rooms are well lit and housekeeping service is good. Hotel is also very centrally located with plenty of food options available literally across the road from the hotel. Will recommend anyone who is travelling to Beijing to stay here "

Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University.
On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account.
