Welcome to Beach Daze, an oceanfront three-bedroom, three-bath villa at Charleston Oceanfront Villas with sweeping Atlantic views, two seasonal community pools, direct beach access, and an easy walk to the heart of Folly Beach.

The home's highlight is the private 27-foot covered oceanfront balcony. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, relax in the shade after a day on the beach, or enjoy the ocean breeze in the evening. Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen area provides a comfortable gathering space for families and groups of up to eight. The fully equipped kitchen makes home meals easy, and the oceanfront living area opens directly onto the balcony.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas offers direct beach access, two seasonal pools, elevators, outdoor showers, and a gated setting. Folly Beach Pier, Center Street restaurants, shops, and nightlife are approximately a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy Folly without having to drive.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

The community pools are generally open from April through October between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Exact dates may vary depending on weather.
Gated community; three fobs will be provided for guests' use during their stay. These fobs work for the front gate, pools, and beach access.
Two elevators, one at each end of the building, that are maintained by the onsite HOA staff.
Four public outdoor showers.
Community bike racks; locks not provided and first come, first served availability.
HOUSE RULES

Quiet Hours & Noise Limits: Folly Beach enforces a strict local noise ordinance from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with a one-strike policy. To protect our neighbors and rental license, a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor is installed. It monitors decibel levels only; no audio is recorded. If noise limits are exceeded, guests will receive a text reminder to reduce the volume.
No Parties or Events: House parties, weddings, reunions, receptions, events, and outside gatherings are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is limited to eight guests at all times. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
Parking: Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles, with provided parking passes. Golf carts, trailers, RVs, and any other recreational vehicles are prohibited by the HOA.
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the property, including on patios.
All grill types are prohibited by the HOA, and no grills are provided onsite in the common areas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To book our home, the primary guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property.
Contactless check-in is provided through keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Beach equipment is not provided, although guests may use any equipment available at the property.
No pets are permitted. Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as “pets considered,” and prior approval is received.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A 50% payment is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and will be charged to the card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking.
