"We traveled to IOP having never been there with 7 adults and 7 children. The house and pool were perfect for our children. The house is such a luxurious space and with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt crowded. Bill Saint was in communication with us from the very beginning and helped us out immediately with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property!"

"House was clean and spacious. Right across from a public beach! It is walkable to downtown, although it’s about a mile. We did have a bit of trouble finding Ubers to downtown Charleston, which we did not expect. But overall the house was comfortable and clean. Only complaint is there was no salt or pepper for cooking, which is not typically something I bring or buy on a trip. Overall, very pleased!"

"Very nice hotel, very clean, Great breakfast, staff was friendly. We use the pool and gym both clean and decent size. Only complaint would be the water pressure isn’t great and takes a bit for the water to get hot But we would def would stay again. Also would be great if the hotel had more options for late snacks on site. There no snack machines and not much to choose from at the small area at the entrance. "

"Enjoyed the property and check in, wasn’t expecting the $51 daily resort charge, seriously makes me reconsider further stays. The overall room and bed were fine, the floors and bath were not spic and span. "

"After reading some reviews prior to my stay, I had concerns. I found this hotel to be clean. The parking garage next to the hotel was very convenient. The free shuttle across from the hotel was awesome. The breakfast was amazing each day. Naquan at the front desk was very helpful. I gave 4 stars due to no bath towels when we arrived and no refill of coffee in the room the following day. I would definitely stay here on my next visit. Restaurants and attractions are nearby."
