Isle of Palms - 3rd Floor Ocean Front with Private Balcony, Pool, and Pier

Best views on the Isle of Palms and one of the nicest remodeled units in the Sea Cabin complex. This small one bedroom 3rd floor end unit has superior ocean views with no neighbors above or on bedroom side. The condo is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. (See Floor plan picture). The Sea Cabin Condos are located on Ocean Boulevard with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. This condo is located on the beach side of the road just steps away from the ocean. You also have two dedicated beach side parking spots included with this unit. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or swimming in the large private oceanfront pool. Laid back Island living (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the South by Southern Living Magazine) just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston (voted the best tourist city in the US by Travel + Leisure magazine in 2020 - 8 years in a row).

Condo Updates for 2021: New Queen Serta pillow top mattress and new Bassett sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress purchased by owners in 2021.

Additional Info and FAQ’s:
- We have contactless check-in and check out with coded door locks.
- Our condo is located on the 3rd floor and the Sea Cabin complex does not have elevators.
- Condo has a secure wireless internet connection and Comcast Xfinity HD cable in living room and bedroom.
- Beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available though local vendors (in season). Just search online for beach chair rentals and give them a call or reserve online. We recommend reserving in advance during beach season.
- Condo info booklet and a starters guide to Charleston and the IOP are located in the unit for your convenience.
- Coin operated washers and dryers are on premises, but not in condo.
- No smoking and no pets in this unit please.

Although the chemicals used for cleaning were a bit strong, I would much rather stay in a place that smells of cleaners than a place that smells musky or dirth. My husband and I spent four wonderful days celebrating my birthday at this beautiful condo. It was exactly as described: very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The location was perfect, with all the amenities we needed within walking distance.

Great beach vacation location

We were there for a baseball tournament and had a wonderful time at the beach between games. The condo is beautiful, had everything we needed and in a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication was great with John. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Week at the Beach!

We love this Sea Cabin! We have stayed in it multiple times for our summer vacation. Easy access to the beach. The host is very nice and responds quickly to messages.

Great Location on Isle of Palms with a beautiful view.

Clean condo straight down from the IOP Connector, right by the beach bars and shops. Easy access to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston. Nearly 180 views of the beach. Great for beautiful sunrises and long walks on the beach. It is a 3rd floor condo and there isn’t a lot of room for more than 2 adults, but we’d definitely rent it again.

Great stay on IOP

We stayed at this condo for five days on our trip to the Charleston area. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. John was very responsive and easy to deal with. The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. Location on the island was very convenient to the highways and was walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Lovely beach view!

We loved the amazing views of the beach, especially at sunrise! The comfortable living room and balcony were great places to sit and watch/listen to the ocean. The place was clean and well-stocked (plenty of soft towels, all the kitchen utensils, pots, and such that we needed). It was super close to the beach, with easy access to the beach, as well as being walking or short driving distance from restaurants and a grocery store. Communication was quick and easy, as was checking in and out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little spot

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms and this condo was the perfect home base! It is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed is comfy and the view is amazing!! The property is right on the beach! It was clean and well maintained. It is small but for 2 people or 2 adults and 2 small kids or maybe 1 bigger kids it would fine. It is bigger than a hotel room. It was nice to have a balcony to sit outside.

Stay for the view!

Definitely recommend. We had a great stay and loved the proximity to the beach and great restaurants. The unit renovation was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. By far, the best part was the view from the condo. The facility and pool was well maintained and clean. Would recommend some Keurig pods and coffee setup items for short term renters. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Charleston vacation

This property was exactly as it was described. It was perfect! We had great views of the ocean and pier. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning and evening and listen to the ocean. The property was spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Charleston. Nice, clean condo provided with all your needs. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Comfy beds. Wonderful deck to view ocean with private access to a beautiful beach. Close enough to restaurants and night life but far enough away for quietness. Just remember there are 3 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Anniversary Trip

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The condo was on the beach. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice and very clean. It’s was walking distance to restaurant and shops. Perfect little getaway for us. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded. We definitely hope to return next year. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions. Also the check out process was very simple. If you are looking for a place that makes everything easy. This is definitely the place to stay.

Amazing property. I’ve stayed at many rentals local and internationally and this is one of the best. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it especially considering the balcony. Host is incredibly responsive and willing to help out however possible. Bedroom is a bit tiny but the bed is so comfy and the rest of the place is spacious enough to walk around. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first time in Charleston so amazing
